How to use it
The download links arrive in your order confirmation email, sent the moment your payment clears. Nothing ships and there is nothing to claim.
You get the Toolkit as a PDF and the listing template as a plain text file. The template is deliberately not inside the PDF: it is the one part you are going to copy and paste, and copying out of a PDF breaks every line.
Save both somewhere you will find them again — the links in that email are the only copy we send.
Shipping & delivery
Shipping is free, and delivery takes 7–12 business days Australia-wide. We ship from our supplier rather than from an Australian warehouse, which is why it takes longer than a domestic order — we would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after checkout.

Returns
Changed your mind? Send it back within 30 days of delivery in resaleable condition and we will refund the product price. Return postage is yours in that case.
If the kit is faulty, not as described, or does not do what we said it does, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that no store policy can take away — including a repair, replacement or refund. We cover the return postage on those.
