What to include
If it is about an order, send us your order number. If something arrived damaged or faulty, a photo saves us both a round of emails.
Common questions we can answer faster
- Where is my order? Delivery is 7 to 12 business days, and items may arrive separately. See Shipping & delivery.
- What does shipping cost? Nothing. It is free on every order, with no minimum.
- Where are my digital files? The download links are in your order confirmation email, sent the moment your payment clears. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam folder — then write to us and we will send the files straight to you.
- I bought the Personalised edition. Send us the three photos your confirmation email asks for. Your plan comes back within 48 hours of us receiving them, Monday to Friday.
- Can I return it? Yes. See Returns & refunds.
- Do you ship outside Australia? Not yet. Australian addresses only.
