What it actually does

  • The bristles are made for the textured trim a folded cloth rides straight over: vent slats, seat seams, ribbed plastic
  • The gap brush is narrow, for the channel beside the seat and the lines around the console
  • A dry brush lifts the grit off the matte plastics first, so your cleaner is not just pushing dust around the dash
  • Gloss black and screens get neither brush nor dry cloth. The Method tells you which surface is which, and why
  • Two 400 GSM cloths, so the dirty one never goes back over a panel you have already done
  • 30-day returnsChange your mind within 30 days and send it back. This sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Australia onlyWe ship to Australian addresses. Nowhere else, for now.
  • Priced in AUDNo currency conversion at checkout, no surprise at the bank.

What's in the kit
  • 2 × soft-bristle detail brush
  • 1 × gap brush for vents and seams
  • 2 × microfibre cloth, 40 × 40 cm, 400 GSM
How to use it

Textured, matte trim takes the brush. Gloss black does not.

Work dry first on the matte plastics: run the detail brush along the vent slats — along the slat, drawn toward you — and along the seat seams. Then mist your cleaner onto the microfibre, never straight onto the dash, and wipe. Buff with the second, dry microfibre, turning to a clean face as each one loads up.

The gloss black panels around the screen, the shifter and the switches come last and get treated differently: no brush, and never wiped dry. Dust sitting on that lacquer behaves like grit. Damp a clean face of the cloth, wipe in straight lines, no pressure. Same for the screen.

The Method that comes with the kit covers every surface in the cabin, in order.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping is free, and delivery takes 7–12 business days Australia-wide. We ship from our supplier rather than from an Australian warehouse, which is why it takes longer than a domestic order — we would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after checkout.

Australian addresses only.

Returns

Changed your mind? Send it back within 30 days of delivery in resaleable condition and we will refund the product price. Return postage is yours in that case.

If the kit is faulty, not as described, or does not do what we said it does, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that no store policy can take away — including a repair, replacement or refund. We cover the return postage on those.

Interior Reset System A$99.95

Four passes, and one surface the brush never touches

  1. Dry pass, matte trim only

Brush the textured plastics: vent slats along the slat and toward you, seat seams along the line. No liquid yet — you are lifting loose grit so your cleaner is not grinding it in afterwards. Gloss black is not part of this pass.

  2. Mist the cloth, not the dash

Spray your interior cleaner onto the first microfibre and wipe the panels. Spraying the dash directly is how cleaner ends up inside the switches — and never spray into a vent, where it does not come back out.

  3. Buff with the dry cloth

Second microfibre, folded in quarters, and turn to a clean face as each one loads up. A face that has stopped absorbing has stopped being a cloth.

  4. Gloss black last, and never dry

The shiny panels around the screen, the shifter and the switches are a thin lacquer, and dust sitting on it behaves like grit. No brush and no dry cloth: damp a clean face, wipe in straight lines, let the weight of the cloth do the work.

Questions we actually get

Can I use the brushes on the gloss black trim?

No, and this is the part most guides get wrong. Gloss black is a thin lacquer over plastic, and dust sitting on it behaves like grit — a dry cloth or a brush drags it across and leaves the fine haze you only see at an angle in the sun. Detailers are blunt about it: never wipe it dry, and keep brushes off it altogether. Damp a clean face of the microfibre, never the panel, wipe in straight lines with no pressure. The Method covers which surface takes which tool.

What about the touchscreen?

Soft microfibre, light pressure, and that is the whole method. What damages a screen is chemistry and pressure, not the direction you wipe: no glass cleaner, no alcohol gels, no wet wipes. Tesla's own owner's manual says exactly that. If a mark will not lift dry, damp one corner of the cloth with water — the cloth, never the screen.

How long will delivery take?

7–12 business days to Australian addresses, and shipping is free. We ship from our supplier rather than from a warehouse in Australia, so it takes longer than a domestic order. We would rather tell you that before you pay than after.

Do you ship outside Australia?

No. Australian addresses only for now.

What is in the box?

Two soft-bristle detail brushes, one gap brush for vents and seams, and two 40 × 40 cm microfibre cloths at 400 GSM. Five pieces, and that is the whole kit.

When do I get the digital part?

Immediately. The Method, the Surface Map and the Checklist are download links in your order confirmation email, sent the moment your payment clears — so you will have read all of it long before the box lands. If you bought the Personalised edition, that email also tells you where to send the three photos we need to write your plan.

Will it mark my interior?

The brushes are soft-bristled and meant for interior trim, but every interior is different. Test on a hidden section first, and work dry before you add any cleaner — with one exception that matters: gloss black trim and screens never get a brush and never get wiped dry. Do not force a brush into a gap it does not fit.

What cleaner should I use with it?

Whichever interior cleaner you already trust. This kit is the tools and the method, not the chemistry. Two things worth checking on the label: nothing with ammonia if your windows are tinted, because it attacks the film from the inside, and nothing that leaves a high-gloss finish on the dash, because that reflects in the windscreen.

Can I return it?

Yes. Within 30 days of delivery, in resaleable condition, and we refund the product price — return postage is yours in that case. If it arrives faulty or is not as described, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply and we cover the return postage.

What currency am I charged in?

Australian dollars. There is no currency conversion at checkout.
