Who you are dealing with

This store is operated by Javi Pérez, sole trader, of Calle Dinamarca 43, 04740 Roquetas de Mar, Almería, Spain, trading as Cabin Co. "We" and "us" mean that trader. "You" means you, the customer.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you the confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — the item is unavailable, the price was wrong, or we suspect fraud — we may decline it and refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include any applicable taxes. We are not currently registered for Australian GST, so no GST is charged. Prices can change, but never after you have placed an order.

Introductory pricing

Where we describe a price as a founding or introductory price limited to a number of orders, we mean it literally and we count. When that number is reached, the price goes up on the site. Whatever price was displayed at the moment you placed your order is the price you pay, and we will not charge you more afterwards.

Shipping

We ship to Australian addresses only. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Delivery takes 7 to 12 business days, and items in an order may arrive separately. See Shipping & delivery.

Digital products

The Method, the Surface Map, the Checklist, the Sell-Ready Toolkit and the listing template are delivered as download links in your order confirmation email, sent immediately after payment. Nothing ships.

They are licensed for your own personal use: you may use them for the cars you own or sell yourself, and you may not resell, republish or redistribute them.

Because they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds on the digital files. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if a file is faulty or not as described are unaffected. See Returns & refunds.

The personalised plan

The Personalised Sell-Ready System includes a written plan for your specific car. We cannot start it until you send the three photos requested in your confirmation email. We commit to returning the plan within 48 hours of receiving those photos, Monday to Friday, and to telling you before that deadline if we are going to miss it. The plan is our opinion on preparing and presenting your car. It is not a mechanical inspection, a valuation, or advice about your obligations as a seller.

See Returns & refunds. Your consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded and are not affected by these terms.

Product descriptions

We describe the kit as accurately as we can. Photographs are of the actual product. Colours can vary slightly between screens. If a description turns out to be wrong in a way that matters, that is a failure under the Australian Consumer Law and you are covered.

Using this site

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this store, and do not use it for anything unlawful. The content on this site — text, photographs, layout — belongs to us, and you may not copy it for commercial use without permission.

Reviews and content you submit

If you leave a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and you give us permission to display it. We publish reviews as written. We do not edit them to sound better, we do not filter out the negative ones, and we do not write them ourselves.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing them, or paying the cost of doing so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain, where we operate. That does not take away the protections that the Australian Consumer Law gives you as a consumer in Australia, and it does not stop you bringing a claim in Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
